ORGANIC RECIPES.



1> BAJRI - BHAIDKU

------Material------

A packet of " bajari bhaydku ",

Fresh peas/A small Carrot/one small Potato/Small onion,
Corriander leaves,Chilli,
Edible oil two tablespoonful,
Cumin seeds,


------Method------

Empty the content of the packet[flour] in to a small bowl.Take 3 times water in another bowl.Take half the water in a broad mouth cooking vessel.Add crushed chili and cummin seeds to it.Keep it covered and put it on hot plate ,add little soda and flour to the veseel.Keep it on gas at low flame for a while,stir and put it on platform.Add salt,turmeric to taste.Add peas, cut carrot and potato pieces to it.Mix everything and add the other half portion of water to it.Stir well and put it in to cooker for cooing.Wait for 3 whistles to blow,allow it to seamer.Adding a bit of sesame oil will make it more delicious,and sprinkle corriander leaves when you serve piping hot.You can add fine cut onion rings on it.

5 to 6 persons can be served.

------Material------

Varshiva's Soya muthia packet of 250gms.

1> Gourd 100gms.
2> Green chili 2
3> Garlic[optional]
4> Turmeric[1 teaspoonful]
5> Chili powder[1 tea spoonful]
6> Salt to taste
7> Curd one tablespoonful.
8> Sugar two or 3 tea spoonful.



------Method------

Scrap the Gourd on a scraper, empty the content of the packet in a bowl add the scrapped gourd to it, mix well.Make a paste of crushed ginger,chilies,Garlic,mix the paste withflour.Prepare dough adding salt turmeric,chilli, sesame,sugar curd[you can use lemon if curd is not available]and edible oil to prepare dough so that Muthia can be prepared.Make rolls from small portions,put it in a cooker,boil it well.After cooking well add hot edible oil and eat.You can cut small pieces and deep fry in a small frying pan with oil ,asofoetedia,rai and jeera.Decorate with Corriander leaves and sesame.

Delicious Muthias are ready to serve.

You can sprincle Corriander leaves to decorate.

Serves a good beakfast for 5 persons.
